What do parents hope for their children when they can’t be with them during the work day?
Parents hope for a warm, healthy, loving and stimulating environment where their children learn to trust, build self confidence and are able to follow their natural joys of learning.
To gain trust, it is important to provide the child with one main contact persons while it is still young. It is essential for children to grow deep “roots” during the first three years of their lives, which will enable them to stand strong in the world with all its tasks and challenges.
Later in their lives, we must support the growing of a child’s “wings”. These we must help develop according to the timeframe and the space that suits each individual child needs to develop a free, open minded and tolerant personality.
